Next Engineering Steps

1. Confirm brand name and domain.
2. Deploy static MVP to Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, or any static host.
3. Add analytics with privacy-safe event tracking.
4. Connect PayPal payment links or checkout buttons to the three offer cards.
5. Add OpenAI-powered chat and report generation behind paid access.
6. Add Supabase or another database for saved reports and accounts.
7. Create SEO pages once core conversion is working.

What the Founder Needs to Provide

1. Final brand name and domain preference.
2. PayPal account access and payment links, or another payment provider choice.
3. OpenAI API key configured as a server-side environment variable.
4. Deployment account access or confirmation of the chosen host.
5. Support email for privacy, terms, and customer issues.
6. Legal review for privacy, terms, medical disclaimers, and crisis language.

Initial Success Metrics

1. Homepage to quiz start: 40% or higher.
2. Quiz completion: 60% or higher.
3. Result page paid click: 3% or higher.
4. Purchase conversion from completed quiz: 1% to 3%.
5. AI companion next-day return: 20% or higher.

Safety Requirements

Crisis language must trigger emergency guidance. The AI must not diagnose, prescribe, encourage medication changes, or discourage professional care.
